We're baaaacckkkk!
In short... mucho mucho stresso. Had no idea where we were going to be located next. Crossed fingers and toes and prayed for CH. Semi giving up hope when CH was laid, gloriously, on the table. One month of moving madness, grade 8 graduations, rowing tournaments and all of us feeling ALL the emotions. Horrible goodbyes but exciting plans (so in love with our new apartment). Whistle stop visit to Basel to re-activate visas, Sam surprised us with tickets to the womens Euro FINALS and England won!! Zoomed off to Ticino for sun, hiking and pool time. Zoomed back for school induction days. Moved into apartment, welcomed the hound to his new home. Unpacked and enjoyed home cooking after many days of snatched meals and dining out. Kids started back at school, Sam started new role and Albi and I settled us all into our new (old) home. So very grateful to be back in this beautiful country and to have been welcomed (back) so warmly by friends old and new.
