Arrival

After months of anticipation, planning, anxiety and excitement, we are finally in Paris! We've had such a fun and busy few days getting to know our neighbourhood as well as ticking off our less interesting tasks (unpacking, sorting utilities, more unpacking!)

Today was a momentous day as the kids had their first day at their French school. They haven't been at school since the end of May so they were very ready to get back into school mode and start making some new friends in Paris. They were so brave and confident going into school this morning-Leila went off in line with her new classmates and Harry sat down at his table without a backward glance. I am counting down until we pick them up so I can hear all about their day!
